Adding users

How to add a user to the systemTo add a user to work in the Space, follow these steps:

On the Users page, click Add User.
On the add user page, fill in the first name, last name, email address (which will be needed later for authentication), and select the role the user will have in the system.
When assigning the roles of Student or Listener to a user, specify the group to which the user belongs.

ser can be a member of multiple groups simultaneously.

n assigning the roles of Teacher or Tutor, specify the subject they will teach, as well as the group to which this subject applies.

A Teacher/Tutor can teach multiple subjects in one or more groups. To set the subject-group relationship, click More groups with subjects and make the necessary selection.

When adding a user with the Parent role to the system:

Select the student/listener (there can be multiple) for whom the new user will be a guardian.
Click Create.

A welcome email with authentication details for the system will be automatically sent to the added user's email.

Important! You must first create disciplines and the necessary groups. After that, you can add users.

A learning plan allows you to structure teaching using blocks/modules/sections.

Preparation. Creating a section

Take the following steps:

On the left sidebar, select Curriculum.
Click Add Section. On the section creation page, follow these steps:

Select the group for which the section is being created.
Choose the discipline.
Specify the section name.
If necessary, add a description.
Click Create. The created section is ready to be used.

The new section should appear in the top row. The current number of topics can be tracked in the corresponding column. The edit button allows you to correct the name, add a description, change or add a group, and change the subject. The topic button is for adding, editing, or deleting topics. Creating a User Group

To create a user group:

On the left sidebar, click Groups.
In the top right corner, click Add Group.

Add a name, description, and mark the group as optional if necessary. In this case, you must bind the group to any compulsory groups.
Click Create.

The newly created group will appear in the top row of the list. You can now edit it, add users to it, or delete it.

Enrolling/Excluding Users

On the right side of the row with the group name, click the corresponding icon to add users to the group.

In the new window, from left to right:

Set the number of users to be displayed on the screen.
Search for a user by name or email address.
Enroll users from an existing group (the list is available under the 'Not selected' category).
Enroll all users from the system.
Sort users alphabetically using the buttons with double arrows.

News authors

There is a messaging or news service for effective communication with space users.

News creation is available to the administrator and teachers. Where the news is located Messages are displayed:

in the user dashboard

or in the notifications section.

To quickly find a news item among others, enter a keyword and press Enter.

How to create a news item

To create such a message:

On the left sidebar of the main menu, go to the News page and click add news in the top right corner.
Enter the title, *description
